Insurance Coverage:
Nevada: We accept most insurance providers in Nevada and will bill your insurance directly, excluding any applicable copay. A complete list of accepted Nevada insurance plans will be available soon.
Utah: Now accepting Utah insurance.
Cash Payment Pricing:
Initial Evaluation: $200 (Includes diagnosis and medication management)
- Follow-up Appointments:
- Cost: $90 per session
- Frequency: Every 1-6 months, based on your individual needs and treatment plan
Cash Payment Deposit:
- A fully refundable deposit of $25 is required at the time of scheduling for both initial evaluations and follow-up appointments.
- This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your appointment.
- To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
